To ensure that we can give you the best experience possible, all afternoon teas must be pre-booked.
Tickets must not be resold or transferred. Tickets cannot be advertised for transfer or sale. If you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to pass them on to family or friends.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check all tickets at the time of purchase. The confirmation email acts as your ticket.
All ticket prices quoted are for tickets purchased in advance of the event. The management or promoter reserves the right to change the price at any time.
We are happy to cater for dietary requirements proving that they are included at the time of booking. However, please be aware that, our kitchen does handle products containing allergens and that, although we take care during food preparation, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable, please check the details carefully and ensure that you can commit to the date and time before you complete your booking as regrettably, we are unable to accommodate any changes once your booking is finalised.
If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your ticket to an alternative session (subject to availability).
